The viliaPOS Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you," "your") and viliaPOS, and its affiliate or subsidiary entities governing viliaPOS’s iOS, android applications and the website located at www.viliapos.com

You must accept all of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms then remove viliaPOS from your mobile, tablet, and do not use the backoffice .

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT.BY DOWNLOADING viliaPOS, and INSTALL IT IN ANY TABLET, IN ANY SMARTPHONE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY.

You must install viliaPOS application, and its updates. It is your responsibility to upgrade any hardware or computer and the internet connection as needed to continue using this application.

Using the Apps from demo account, you agree to pay all Fees to viliaPOS in accordance with our then current Fees.

all Fees are nonrefundable.

After thirteen (30) days free trial, without disclosures, you must remove viliaPOS from any tablet and smartphone, and you will have any access in application.

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and accept that viliaPOS will post disclosures and notices required by law and any other information deemed pertinent via email

You understand that you are able to upload or customize User Content, produts.

viliaPOS utilizes policies, procedures, and technical measures to protect your personal information from accidental loss.

viliaPOS may suspend permanently or temporarily terminate your access to the Services without any notice and liability for any reason.
